Your tasks & job description:
responsible for the structural mechanical design: chassis, chassis, cell, body
coordination of the design constraints with the affected development teams (performance, design, driving dynamics, drive, production, etc.)
further development of analytical design procedures
establishing system requirements and carrying out requirements analyses
derivation of system requirements from customer inquiries
creation of system specifications on behalf of the customer
creation of work packages and specifications
coordination of internal and external calculation and testing tasks
support of subcontractors
preparation and execution of team meetings and reviews
budget and deadline responsibility for the technical scope
participation in the development, creation and implementation of innovative solutions
Your abilities:
very well completed studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable field of study
in-depth knowledge of technical mechanics, the finite element method and material and service life modeling
good knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes is desirable
several years of professional experience in overall vehicle development with a focus on structural mechanics is also desirable
excellent analytical skills for solving complex technical problems
first professional experience in leading a team
social skills, high communication skills, confident and convincing demeanor as well as creativity, independence and enthusiasm
very good knowledge of German and English
