Your tasks & job description:
technical and disciplinary responsibility for the “exterior/interior” development team at the Kaufbeuren location
operational planning and coordination of tasks, resources and budget in the team as well as setting and communicating departmental goals
responsible for coordinating projects and processes as well as tracking deadlines and costs
monthly report on the status of projects to management
participation in the development, creation and implementation of innovative solutions
management of internal and external project meetings relating to the project
responsibility for the creation of parts lists and construction documents for prototype construction and series production as well as the development of release documents and release recommendations
further development of communication with our customers
support for sales in the creation and review of offers
proactive further development of our positive corporate culture
Your abilities:
completed engineering studies in the fields of automotive technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable,
physical and material-technical understanding as well as a solid basic knowledge of vehicle technology and the various manufacturing processes
professional experience in project management in the automotive industry
experience in leading a team
social skills, high communication skills, confident and convincing demeanor as well as creativity, independence and enthusiasm
very good knowledge of German and English
