VELA Performance is an internationally operating full-service engineering provider in the automotive and non-automotive industry.
As a lightweight engineering specialist, we develop high-performance components and systems for automobiles, commercial vehicles and bikes and even build complete prototypes in our in-house workshop.
Our technologies are also used in aviation and medical technology.
Your tasks & job description:
independent lead generation in existing and future business areas
determination and implementation of corporate strategies including development of market and competition analyses
ensuring optimal new customer acquisition and existing customer support
offer management, independent order processing from customer orders through to delivery and invoicing
price negotiations taking into account the increase in profitability
coordination of sales activities (market, planning, products, prices, etc.) in collaboration with our marketing
ensuring high process and service quality, as well as efficiency in order processing
consistent standardization and improvement of processes in order management and interfaces
leading role in organizing and executing customer meetings
observation of the market and competition
Your abilities:
completed commercial apprentice or comparable studies
basic technical understanding and initial industry experience in the automotive industry is desirable
first professional experience in customer service desirable
good manners in an international environment, ability to work in a team, customer orientation as well as flexibility, sense of responsibility, process and project orientation
very good knowledge of German and English
