Your tasks & job description:
Conceptualisation and detailed design of components and tools, taking into account technical requirements
Surface modelling, solid construction, kinematics applications, drawing creation in CATIA V5
Active coordination within the development team and with our customers / suppliers
Conducting concept investigations
Implementation of innovative solutions taking into account technical feasibility
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Detailed responsibility for constructive design
Support in the creation of specifications
Your abilities:
Completed technical studies or technician or technical product designer in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable specialisation
Several years of professional experience in the realisation of pre-development/small series projects in the automotive sector is ideal
Confident handling of a CAD system
Technical understanding
Sound knowledge of vehicle technology and manufacturing processes
special ability to work in a team and under pressure as well as a structured and goal-orientated way of working
good communication skills in German and English
