DEVELOPMENT OF A
MODULAR EAV PLATFORM

For small series commercial vehicles of different types and sizes

The development of this highly flexible and scalable electric platform offers numerous advantages:

  • Scalable wheelbase

  • Scalable motor and transmission ratio

  • Space in the central underfloor area, e.g., for cleaning machines

  • Interchangeable batteries, mounted externally (quick deployment, e.g., for emergency vehicles)

  • Four-wheel steering through uniform "corner modules"

  • Special vehicles often cover only short distances, making diesel inefficient

  • Low maintenance requirements

  • Simple, cost-effective frame construction

Development of vehicle systems and work equipment for sweepers

Autonomous and manually operated high-performance sweepers with electric or conventional drives – for these, we develop components and systems for the vehicle itself, as well as working equipment and other peripheral components, offering innovative engineering services:

  • Design and calculation of vehicle components and systems (chassis, suspension, exterior, working equipment)

  • Powertrain: Implementation of high-performance drivetrains

  • Electrics and electronics: Development, manufacturing, control, and networking

  • Engineering expertise in metallic and composite materials

Conversion of truck tractors to hydrogen fuel cell drives

Through adjustments to the body and chassis, we support the conversion of truck tractors to hydrogen fuel cell propulsion.

In this project, we handled the development of the frame and chassis, and also offer services such as:

  • Design and calculation of vehicle components and systems (chassis, suspension, exterior)

  • Powertrain: Implementation of high-performance drivetrains

  • Electrical and electronics: Development, manufacturing, control, and networking

  • Expertise in engineering with metallic and composite materials
